There is one thing I will always miss about America, is the impending feel of doom always around the corner, waiting for us to make one small wrong turn. Our cushy lifestyles have lead us to find a deeper and darker reality than having thought before. Before our fancy health care, our fancy US economy, our 6 bedroom homes, there was a reality of war, disease, rampant murder and rape, no sanitation, that's not including a shorter life expectancy due to all of these problems, and more. Much like China or India today. The horrors we know now are nightmares of passion, of love. We understand how the world works, and we know what is important. Less civilized people may loose family members to gorilla terrorists in their small quaint town in El Salvador, or they may loose their health. But when you make an American mistake, like waking a bunch of people, whose good opinion you're working so hard to gain, your totally... well... Fucked. I bring you one such case of horror, this young teen no longer is going to be accepted into the sorority she so dearly worked to get into... fucked.
